Our rescue centres set the bar for expert care, personalised enrichment, and the highest standards of welfare. We’re proud that our adoption success rate is among the highest in the sector, with over 98% of our adoptions being successful. But we also recognise that kennels are not always the best solution.
That’s why we’re evolving our approach to rehoming. By 2029, we aim for at least 55% of our rehomings to be through our Home from Home service, an initiative we’ve trialled and tested that keeps dogs in their current homes (when it’s in the dog’s best interests) while we find them their perfect new families. This blended model will allow us to help more dogs while ensuring their welfare remains our top priority.
