Meet Phoenix, a very poorly pooch who entered our care recently. At just two years old, his story is harrowing and condition distressing, but rest assured he is now receiving the very best care with us. 💚

Having been relinquished to us under emergency circumstances, his heart-wrenching condition is clear to see. Phoenix is severely underweight and malnourished with every bone visible under his thinning skin. He is truly ravenous, but to help him healthily gain weight, we can only feed him little and often currently. At just 10kg, it doesn’t even bear thinking about how long Phoenix could have continued in this way.

We will give Phoenix the love and care he deserves, it is what we exist to do, but we need your support to help him rise from the ashes.
